1. Trade Agreements

Garnet Agro Foodstuff Trading LLC operates under the trade laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). All wholesale transactions, shipping orders, and commission deals negotiated at Al Aweer market are subject to signed B2B invoices.

2. Cargo Shipping & Cold Chain Liability

We operate strict temperature and moisture controls during air and sea transit (Reefer Containers). Liability for crop quality terminates upon customs clearance and delivery validation at Dubai Jebel Ali Port or DXB Airport cargo terminals, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Price Fluctuations

Wholesale fresh produce prices (onions, grapes, mangoes) fluctuate based on daily market arrivals at Al Aweer and seasonal harvest volumes in India. Price quotes are valid only for the period specified on the issued invoice sheet.
